Prajeet (Co-Founder/Guide)
Born in Dharan, Nepal, in 1997, Prajeet's journey is marked by his love for fitness and the natural world. Recently, he earned his trekking guide license, a testament to his passion for adventure. His background is diverse, including a stint as a teacher and significant contributions to ‘Project Nature Nepal’, reflecting his commitment to environmental conservation. Currently, he is finalizing his Masters in Business Studies, demonstrating his dedication to continuous learning and blending his interests in business and nature. Prajeet's story is one of passion, education, and a deep connection to the outdoors, poised to inspire as he embarks on his next adventure.
Aayam (Co-Founder/Guide)
Born in Chitwan, Nepal, in 1998, Aayam blossomed into an avid poet in his youth. His life took a transformative turn when he embraced his alter ego, Momolicca, becoming one of Nepal's first drag queens. Moving to Kathmandu, Aayam channeled his charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent into guiding tours, sharing Nepal's rich culture and history for over five years. His dedication extended beyond, as he worked with USAID to support the queer community in Kathmandu by identifying HIV positive cases. Aayam's journey from a poetic child to a vibrant drag queen and a compassionate advocate showcases his multifaceted life, marked by creativity, courage, and commitment to social change.
Joey (Board Member/Advisor)
Born in 1984, Joey is a world traveller and academic whose passion for exploration and learning has taken him across Asia for over two decades. With a dynamic career that spans from sculpting in China to engaging in scientific endeavours in Qatar and serving as a principal in Kathmandu, Joey's journey is marked by versatility and a deep commitment to education. Nepal has been his chosen home for the past seven years, where he has immersed himself in studying ancient cultures. Currently, he is a Ph.D. candidate in Sanskrit at Tribhuvan University, dedicating himself to scholarly pursuits and deepening his understanding of the region's rich cultural heritage.
Although Joey brings a wealth of knowledge and unique experiences to our tour company, it's crucial to note that he is not a tour guide. Instead, he plays a vital role as a board member and advisor, focusing on advising the company. His contributions are grounded in his extensive travels and academic background, offering unparalleled insights into the beauty and complexity of Asian cultures. Despite his involvement with the travel company, Joey's primary focus remains on his studies in Nepal, underscoring his dedication to academic excellence and personal growth.
