    Organic

In our unique, queer momo-making class, we celebrate the spirit of the Pride flag through organic colors: pink and purple from beetroot for sexuality and spirit, serene blue and violet with butterfly pea for harmony, vibrant green spinach for growth, and a lively mix of carrot and turmeric for the energy of sunlight. White organic flour momos stand for peace and unity. Each ingredient is a delicious nod to LGBTQ+ history and identity, folding the values of diversity, acceptance, and pride into every bite.
